Payment methods

You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna.

Accepted cards: Carte Bleue, Visa Card, Mastercard Card, Eurocard Card, American Express

Card payments are 100% secure, and Carchon does not store your bank details.

To better protect our customers during online payments, 3D Secure validation may be requested during payment. You will then need to enter a password or security code received by email or phone to validate your payment.

Apple Pay:

Apple Pay is available on compatible devices (iOS devices such as iPad, iPhone, and Mac) when using the Safari browser. All orders under €2000 are eligible.

If your device supports Apple Pay, this option will appear at checkout.

PayPal:

If you choose PayPal as your payment method when placing your order, you will be redirected to your PayPal account. Simply log in (or create your account) and validate your payment.

Klarna:

You can now pay in 3 interest-free installments with our partner Klarna for orders up to €3000.

Three equal payments will be automatically deducted from your bank card. Your first payment will be taken at the time of shipment by Carchon, and payments 2 and 3 will be taken 30 and 60 days later by Klarna. You can monitor your payment schedule on the Klarna app.
