Each piece is carefully crafted, assembled, and packaged in our workshop in Couternon, Burgundy.

For custom-made pieces, we will communicate the lead times during our discussions.

Returns:

When you purchase on carchon.com, you always benefit from free returns within 14 days. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at sav@carchon.com to obtain your return label.

The customer must return all products in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and carefully prepare the return parcel(s).

The Customer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal if the returned products are unfit for resale due to issues such as apparent damage, etc.

IMPORTANT: Custom-made products are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period and are not refundable.
